If you think you have a legal problem and you may require a lawyer, the Law Society has developed a helpful toolkit which provides information you may need to know while engaging with the legal system in Western Australia.

We have provided information on frequently asked questions such as; “Should I see a lawyer?”, “How do I get the right lawyer for me?”, and tips on preparing for a meeting with a lawyer.

For firms: to be included in the Find a Lawyer database, please complete an application form and ensure that at least 50% of your firm’s legal practitioners are members of the Law Society
