Law Mutual Management

The following senior staff members are responsible for the day-to-day administration of Law Mutual (WA):

David Price
David is the Executive Director of the Law Society of Western Australia and assumes the position of Chief Executive Officer of both the Law Society and of Law Mutual (WA). He has overall responsibility for the management of Law Mutual (WA) including supervision of the administrative budget. David was appointed Executive Director of the Law Society in July 2006.

Prior to joining the Society, David held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the City of Nedlands, Western Australia. His qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Business in Management Studies.

Andrew Mawby
Andrew is the Executive Manager, Finance and Administration, and is responsible for all finance, administration and staffing issues. Andrew has more than 15 years experience with Law Mutual and is qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1990.

Anne Durack
Anne is the Senior Claims and Risk Solicitor, and is responsible for the management of all claims and the running of the risk management seminar program. She has more than 10 years experience with Law Mutual. Anne is a qualified lawyer and holds a current practising certificate.
