Joining the Committee or Working Groups
Membership of the Young Lawyers Committee or its Working Groups is limited to members of the Law Society of Western Australia. The Young Lawyers Committee is appointed by the Society's Council based upon a recommendation from the YLC from those people that have expressed an interest. The Society generally asks for expressions of interest from members to join Society committees every few years, though members can express an interest at any time. The YLC will generally look to people that are already members of a working group when making a recommendation to Council for an appointment to the committee.

To become a member of a working group and/or to express an interest in joining the committee, please contact the YLC Secretary on
(08) 9324 8638 or email younglawyers@lawsocietywa.asn.au.
