About the event

The 2020 Contentious Business Determinations came into effect on 1 July 2020 and cover all contentious business across all WA Courts and Tribunals. These Determinations contain a couple of substantial changes and the continuation of some of the Legal Costs Committee’s long adopted policies. This seminar will take you through the changes and discusses the approach the Committee takes to change, as well as discussing some of the challenges of the 2020 review.
