This seminar provides a great opportunity for junior practitioners to receive practical advice on appearing before the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts and the State Administrative Tribunal.  The highly experienced speakers will provide advice on general conduct in the courts; expectations of junior lawyers; insights into conducting pre-trial processes; and necessary documents for submission.  Hear directly from members of the Judiciary as to the main dos and don’ts for court appearances.

There will be facilitated Q&A time at the end of the seminar where attendees will have the chance to draw on the knowledge of the experienced Judicial speakers.
