About the event

The role of in-house counsel presents a unique set of opportunities and challenges. Michael Kahn and Chris Osborn of Reeltime CLE found no better cinematic vehicle for illustrating the ethical and professional demands encountered by in-house counsel than the Oscar-nominated 2007 film Michael Clayton, starring George Clooney and Tilda Swinton.

Michael and Chris’ unique audience-participation format offers in-house counsel an opportunity to explore the inevitable professional demands and ethical challenges of corporate practice, and the corresponding toll they can take on a lawyer’s mental health.
