This session will provide an overview of the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 and the role of the Corruption and Crime Commission and Public Sector Commission to combat and help prevent misconduct and corruption in the WA government sector. The Corruption and Crime Commission will also brief practitioners on its relatively new unexplained wealth powers and how this can disrupt crime and corruption.
