Petris has worked as a tax professional, law lecturer, director and senior trainer of my own tax training firm, consultant, external author for legal text books, career coach and director. She has qualifications in business, law, coaching, performance consulting and hypnosis and has been trained as a senior mindfulness trainer for the world’s leading corporate mindfulness group. Petris has contributed to committees and boards for a number of professional and sporting bodies. She has consulted to industry, government and the non-profit sector. I provide workshops and training to a number of large and medium sized law firms. I have presented for the Queensland Law Society including at their annual symposium, the NSW ALPMA, the national ALPMA conference, Law Society NT, Law Society of Tasmania and the ACT Law Society. Petris has also published several books and hundreds of papers. She lives life with humour and leaves audiences feeling empowered to make easy practical changes to improve their working and personal lives. Audiences love her lighthearted, warm and engaging approach to even difficult subjects. Programs by Petris have featured in magazines, professional journals and online publications for a wide variety of industries. Examples of the Law Society Journals I have contributed are shown on the right hand side. Petris has received numerous presenter of the conference awards at both National and State conferences.

Brent is active and well-connected in Perth’s business and public sector community, having worked across a wide range of industries throughout his career. As a senior advisor at Clarity Communications, Brent guides his clients through complex scenarios, drawing on his extensive experience and networks to provide a high level of advice that can be readily applied to real world scenarios. He is passionate about sharing stories in a way that cuts through the noise. Brent is also part of the new leadership team moving the City of Perth into the future, serving as a Councillor. He is Chairperson of the Audit & Risk Committee, Perth’s representative on Tamala Park Regional Council, and a member of the Development Assessment Panel. Ashley is a Director of MDS Legal and practises principally in the areas of commercial litigation and professional indemnity. Ashley has been a member of the panel of solicitors for Law Mutual (WA) and the Legal Practice Board for many years. Ashley is the Law Society’s delegate to the Professional Ethics Committee of the Law Council of Australia. As a member of that Committee, Ashley has participated in the drafting of the Australian Solicitors’ Conduct Rules. Ashley also was a member of the Legal Profession Rules Advisory Committee which drafted the Legal Profession Conduct Rules 2010 (WA).
