Get your points across the first three competencies in one session.
Topics covered include:
Competency 1: Best Practice Planning and Organisational Skills
This practical and interactive session will cover proven methods for boosting your personal and professional efficiency. It will focus on: a range of planning and organisational techniques, strategies and frameworks that can be used by busy legal professionals in busy and often stressful modern-day workplaces; and how to maximise your return on time and energy investments.
Competency 2: Managing Client Expectations
Identifying and dealing with unrealistic client expectations should be part of business as usual. However, COVID19 and other pressures on legal practice may mean that current approaches need a refresh. This session will look at the ways you can review and if necessary, adapt your approach to the new normal.
Competency 3: Getting it Right
The question of ethics and ‘what should I do?’ is front of mind for all lawyers. Values and principles serve as a reference but context provides the daily challenge as to how we succeed. This session will focus on navigating ethics across several areas in order to be a successful and respected practitioner.
