This seminar will provide tips and guidance on how to bring an application for criminal injuries compensation in a format that will assist the efficient assessment of an application. This will include the completion of application forms, suggestions in relation to the evidence to provide and when to provide submissions. Common pitfalls and hurdles will also be discussed.
An overview of the eLodgement system will be included.
