About the event

To get the right answer a lawyer must first ask the right questions. Crypto assets will become a major issue that lawyers in all jurisdictions will encounter and therefore need to be across the critical questions. Issues not only arises on death but also with the activation of an enduring power of attorney. The real issue is what to do if the private key is misplaced.
