This seminar is available for in person or webinar attendance.
Whether it is applying for the renewal of your practising certificate or notifying the Board of a ‘show cause’ event, dealing with the Legal Practice Board can be daunting. The regulatory framework within which the Board operates can be difficult to understand and sometimes the Board’s interpretation, or view, of the matter seems different to yours. All too often that different opinion results in the practitioner conducting themselves in a manner which itself becomes part of the Board’s consideration.
This seminar seeks to demystify the role of the Board in regulating legal services and to give the practitioner some practical tips for interacting with the Board constructively.
