This Seminar is now at capacity.

This Seminar is being delivered as a face-to-face only.

To start? To stop? To stay? To go? To buy or not? The list goes on…

We make 35,000 choices in an average day – it’s no wonder we get decision fatigue! Cut through procrastination. overthinking and indecision with this pragmatic and thought provoking workshop.

Workshop takeaways:

  • get tools to help you prioritise decisions
  • easy techniques for when you need a quick answer
  • know key biases and fallacies that influence you every day
  • learn how to think holistically about big decisions
  • transferable tools for own use or with clients
  • confidence and clarity in future choices

This is the second of two workshops on Divergent and Convergent Thinking.  The workshops complement each other and also work as standalone topics.  All skills are transferable and practical, and will support attendees to think clearly, creatively and critically in your own work and in life, and also provide tools to support clients in decision making and problem solving.

Our workshop on Problem Solving took place on Wednesday 27 October 2021.
