This seminar will look at a number of ethical duties derived from various sources. Explore different duties owed to the public, clients, the court and other members of the profession.

Hear the Chief Justice of Western Australia consider the duty of disclosure, duty in relation to court processes, and the duty and administration of justice.

This seminar is based on a presentation recorded by the Law Society of Western Australia at the South West Professional Development Conference held in Bunbury.
