The question of ethics and ‘what should I do?’ is front of mind for all lawyers. Values and principles serve as a reference but context provides the daily challenge as to how we succeed. Our popular Ethics on Friday series focus on navigating ethics across several areas in order to be a successful and respected practitioner.
Please note this is a rerun of the session which took place on March 20, 2020.
