Philippa Honey specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. Since being admitted to practice in 2010, she has acquired particular expertise in contract law, trade practices and corporations law. She has represented clients in all Courts, mainly in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the District Court of Western Australia. Having worked for a range of clients – including port authorities, major and mid-tier mining companies, pastoralists and private individuals – Philippa understands the importance of tailoring a litigation strategy to reach a commercial outcome. Prior to coming to the Independent Bar, Philippa was a Senior Associate in Lavan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
