The importance of conflict of interest as an ethical issue in the course of legal practice is widely known.  Lawyers have a duty of care to look after their clients’ interests, but it is not always simple or straightforward.  This seminar will discuss how conflicts of interest may arise in your dealings with a lawyer or law practice, and how best to navigate this potential minefield.
