The commencement of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) scheme means big changes are coming to the Profession in Western Australia.
In addition, the Law Society has also developed a Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) central hub to keep members informed.
This session will focus on billing, cost disclosures and legal costs generally, and seek to answer ‘everything you wanted to know about Uniform Law Costs but was too afraid to ask’.
