This seminar will also be delivered as a webinar.

This seminar presented by Fiona Stanton and chaired by Hayley Cormann will discuss expert evidence in medical negligence proceedings.

It will cover:

  1. Identifying the issues to be proven by expert evidence;
  2. Finding appropriate experts;
  3. Instructing experts; and
  4. Calling expert evidence – pre-trial expert witness conferral, joint reports and concurrent expert evidence.

The session is relevant to those practising in the area, whether for plaintiffs or defendants, both in-house and in the amalgam, and anyone with an interest in taking on medical negligence claims.
