About the event

This seminar is also being delivered as a webinar.

We all know that there are relationships that are commonly accepted as being fiduciary relationships. These include relationships such as parent and child, guardian and ward, court appointed receiver and parties, priest and penitent, and bailee and bailor. In this seminar, Ms Hensler proposes to discuss other relationships that the Courts have considered as potentially being fiduciary relationships, and what flows from a relationship being accepted as fiduciary when the circumstances of each relationship can be so different.
