There can often be a degree of uncertainty when you have a client in a situation where you’re lacking either a nominated executor, or indeed an entire will. Factors such as beneficiaries who won’t consent to an administrator, who cannot be found, or who are children can complicate matters.

This seminar hopes to provide a pragmatic approach for practitioners to obtaining a grant of personal representation in often difficult circumstances.
