About the event

This seminar is available for in person or webinar attendance.

Briefing barristers is an important skill that is not often taught but simply picked up along the way.

Hear from Geoff Hancy about how to get things right from the barrister’s perspective. What helps them, how to save time, what they need, what they don’t need. Hear examples of ‘best practice’ and things that go wrong.

We will also provide a solicitor’s perspective on how to get it right the first time to save time and money and get the best results for the client.

Solicitors of every level who brief the bar are encouraged to attend and improve their skills in this area. Partners are encouraged to attend with their team so that everyone is on the same page.
