About the event

This seminar is also being delivered via webinar.

This session delivered by clinical psychologist, Alexandra Hof, will teach practitioners how to manage stress, anxiety and navigate their way within the legal profession.

The increasing complexity and pace of modern life means that balancing the day-to-day demands of work, home and family can be very challenging. The international pandemic has further stretched our resources. Consequently, this session will explore psychological resilience, which is the ability to bounce back from adversity and to respond to unexpected change and challenges in a healthy and sustainable manner. We will look at the strategies resilient people use and how we can nurture those in our own lives. The focus will be on practical steps that participants can undertake to assist them in meeting the challenges both at work and at home.
