Leading Towards a Culture of Excellence

Great culture promotes and grows high performing businesses. Leading a great culture fosters and motivates employees to go beyond the call of duty and responsibility because they know they are part of a supportive culture with a leader who has their back. This workshop shows you how to be that leader. It steps you through how to design a great culture through the understanding and setting of two key components; values and standards. Specifically it gives you the leadership tools to:

• Identify the major attributes of the Critical Alignment Model™
• Describe ideal personal and workplace values, and associated ‘rules’
• Outline the core components of cultural drivers
