Changes to the Supreme Court Practice Directions and the Costs Determinations which impact on practice in the Supreme and District Courts, along with judicial comment in recent cases, have made important changes to the way in which costs should be disclosed, claimed, calculated and justified. Learn about the drivers for changes to the Supreme Court Determination and practice directions, with an emphasis on Family Provision Act claims, hear practical tips about current costs practice and have the opportunity to ask questions of people who make decisions regarding the Determinations.
