The anticipated implementation of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) scheme means big changes are coming to the Profession in Western Australia. The Law Society is pleased to announce that our LPUL CPD Seminar Series, proudly sponsored by the Department of Justice, is now available.
Join us at our Introductory Information Session and hear from The Hon John Quigley MLA, Attorney General for Western Australia, Joshua Thomson SC, Solicitor General, the Legal Practice Board and more, about the key changes between the current WA Legal Profession Act and the associated rules and the WA LPUL and associated rules (yet to be publicised).
In addition, the Law Society has also developed a Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) central hub to keep members informed.
This is a rerun of the session run on Wednesday, 30 September 2020
