This session was first held on 5 November 2020. Please note that the Uniform Law Legislation has yet to pass the WA Legislative Council and that the anticipated commencement date is now 1 July 2022.
The anticipated implementation of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) scheme means big changes are coming to the Profession in Western Australia. The Law Society is pleased to announce that our LPUL CPD Seminar Series is now available.
In addition, the Law Society has also developed a Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) central hub to keep members informed.
