The anticipated implementation of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) scheme means big changes are coming to the Profession in Western Australia.  The Law Society is pleased to announce that our LPUL CPD Seminar Series is now available.

Following the Introductory Information Session on Wednesday 30 September 2020 from 12.00 noon to 2.00pm, join us on Twilight Thursdays for focused sessions looking at some of the most impactful changes in more detail.  Each Thursday session will be recorded and will be replayed once, on the following Monday.

In addition, the Law Society has also developed a Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) central hub to keep members informed.

This session will focus on billing, cost disclosures and legal costs generally.
