About the event

Legal Professional Privilege is changing. This timely seminar will focus on the changes arising from the Lawyer X Royal Commission and from proposals to change reporting obligations for lawyers under anti money laundering legislation. It will also consider complaints made by clients and non-clients, in the context of the abrogation of legal professional privilege arising from the ‘Lawyer X’ case and changes to anti money laundering obligations.
