Less than 2 per cent of civil court disputes are decided by adjudication.
It often takes many years for junior lawyers to have the opportunity to observe (let alone participate in) a civil trial from start to finish, and many questions about the process are often left unanswered.
So you’re not finding it all out the hard way, Jasmine Sims, Nick van Hattem and Ben Bullock will discuss the litigation process, passing on some of the lessons they wish they had learned earlier in their careers.
You are encouraged to ask questions (anonymously, if preferred) before the presentation. If you’re thinking it, someone else very likely is too.
This seminar is best suited to junior lawyers or those who do not ordinarily practise in civil dispute resolution.
