Sign up for one class or multiple in our course of Pilates as part of our LawCare WA wellbeing and resilience programme.
Pilates is a revolutionary and safe form of exercise incorporating the breath, mind and body for a feeling of complete mental and physical wellbeing. Pilates is great for improving body awareness, posture, flexibility and building core strength and endurance, creating a strong foundation for all daily tasks.
Pilates is highly recommended for sedentary workers, as the exercises assist with lengthening of the spine and strengthening of postural muscles, which is vital for individuals who sit for extended periods.
These classes are designed for all levels of experience. Please bring a yoga mat. Water and cups are provided.
This class is complimentary for members, however spaces are limited, so book now (maximum of 20 people per class).
