Pilates is a revolutionary and safe form of exercise incorporating the breath, mind and body for a feeling of complete mental and physical wellbeing. Pilates is great for improving body awareness, posture, flexibility and building core strength and endurance, creating a strong foundation for all daily tasks.
Pilates is highly recommended for sedentary workers, as the exercises assist with lengthening of the spine and strengthening of postural muscles, which is vital for individuals who sit for extended periods. We are pleased to deliver these classes complimentary for members to encourage health and wellbeing in the profession.
These classes are designed for all levels of experience and will be delivered by an experienced female pilates instructor from our supporter HBF.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel for the class, as mats will not be provided.
