Pilates is a revolutionary and safe form of exercise incorporating the breath, mind and body for a feeling of complete mental and physical wellbeing. Pilates is great for improving body awareness, posture, flexibility and building core strength and endurance, creating a strong foundation for all daily tasks.
Pilates is highly recommended for sedentary workers, as the exercises assist with lengthening of the spine and strengthening of postural muscles, which is vital for individuals who sit for extended periods.
These classes are designed for all experience levels.
Pilates will run for five weeks from 5.30 – 6.30pm on the following dates:
