In practising commercial law you will work with and see many different types of transactions and documents – some for the first time.

In this seminar, our speakers will provide practical insights into working on various transactions and cover topics such as: identifying unknown unknowns and the essential role of due diligence in any transaction.

You will also receive practical drafting tips on where to start when you don’t have a precedent and discuss ethical principles in relation to all transactions.

The seminar concludes with a panel discussion with experienced commercial lawyers sharing their insights and stories of commercial practice.
