Join us for an update on what is happening in Local Government, Town Planning and Environmental Law.
During this seminar we will cover the following:
- Recent amendments to the local government legislation, dealing with the recent code of conduct changes, and particularly focusing on the procedures for misconduct complaints against council and committee members and candidates;
- Recent changes to town planning legislation, including an update on the State Government’s planning reform program;
- Recent changes to Part IV of the EP Act, proposed changes to Part V of the EP Act and, time permitting, proposed changes to the EPBC Act.
