About the event

Do you need strategies to manage highly emotional situations? Would you benefit from developing an awareness of personal triggers?  And would you like practical communication skills to deal with difficult situations?

This interactive workshop is designed for lawyers whose clients have complex and urgent needs, often seeking immediate resolution.

  • Have an understanding of emotional intelligence
  • Develop strategies for handling potentially highly emotional situations.
