The Strata Titles Amendment Bill 2018 and the Community Titles Bill 2018 are two very substantial pieces of legislation, each likely to have significant impacts for legal, planning, property and other related practitioners in WA. Both Bills were introduced into Parliament in June 2018 and they are likely to commence operation in 2019.
The speakers at this seminar are both lawyers, but also significantly have intimate knowledge of the practical application of the new strata and community title laws, having been intimately involved at all stages of the preparation of the new laws.
This seminar provides an opportunity for practitioners to obtain the latest possible update on progress of the legislation and the areas of the likely greatest impact of the new laws on lawyers and other practitioners, as well as the public.
