This seminar presented by WorkCover WA, will discuss the upcoming changes to the WA workers’ compensation legislation.
In March 2021, the Government reiterated its commitment to modernise workers’ compensation laws in Western Australia, and in late 2021 sought submissions on a draft Bill for a new Act.
Following the public submission process, WorkCover WA will provide an update on the journey to a new Act and why this is a priority for the workers’ compensation and injury management scheme and its stakeholders.
