Principal, Boujos Legal
Jocelyne is the Principal of Boujos Legal and has practised in commercial and taxation law for over 30 years. She advises clients including indigenous charitable trusts, in relation to taxation and trust matters including superannuation issues and estate planning. Jocelyne commenced practice in the Australian Taxation Office as Principal Prosecution Officer and Senior Advising Officer, and has lectured at the University of Western Australia in the Master of Taxation and Master of Business Administration degrees. She is the Senior Vice President of the Law Society of Western Australia and a member of the Taxation Committees of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Society of Western Australia, and is a trustee of the Graduate Women Education Trust.

Before joining the WA Bar in 2001, Grahame was a partner in a national law firm. Since joining the Bar his work centres on transactional taxes and the structuring and restructuring corporate and family groups. Grahame is a regular presenter to professional bodies and has written many articles principally on taxation and trusts and is the author of Duties Legislation Western Australia. He was named the Best Lawyers ® 2020 Tax Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Perth and Included in The Best Lawyers ® in Australia 2020 in the fields of Trusts and Tax Law. He a committee member of STEP WA, a member of the Taxation Committees of the Law Society of WA and the Law Council of Australia, a guest lecturer for the Master of Taxation course at the University of WA and has received the Meritorious Service Award from the Taxation Institute.

Loreena Gillon, FCA, CTA & TEP is the Director of Arithmos Chartered Accountants, a niche chartered accounting firm operating in West Perth, and has done so for the past 23 years. Her practice has a client base of predominantly professionals, all of whom operate & manage their affairs through various structures, including Trusts and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Prior to establishing her chartered accounting practice Loreena worked for accounting firms in the business services area. Loreena is a regular presenter for a number of professional bodies, with her area of special interest being Deceased Estates and Estate and Succession Planning.
