Financial statements are often an essential part of disclosure in Family Court financial matters and any evidence that may be presented at trial.

It is vital that all family law practitioners possess the necessary skills and knowledge on how to properly read and interpret financial statements to be able to advise their clients.

This interactive workshop-style seminar presented by John Hedges and Gillian Anderson will provide practical tips on understanding and demystifying financial statements from a family lawyer’s perspective and will provide you with a better understanding and appreciation of what financial statements disclose and do not disclose.

This seminar is highly recommended for all family law practitioners who would like to brush up on their skills in this area.
