From 1 July 2021, Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) has become accessible to eligible Western Australians.
The landmark legislation, which was passed in December 2019, enables eligible people to request access to assisted dying through a medical practitioner.
Join the Chair of the newly established VAD Board Dr Scott Blackwell, immediate past president of the Australian Medical Association Dr Andrew Miller, and State Administrative Tribunal Member Dr Brenda McGivern, for an informative session to discuss this important new regime and what it means for you and your clients.
