About the event

This seminar is available for in person or webinar attendance.

Email is the main form of internal and external communication between lawyers, clients and others, both internally and externally of the office. Essential to modern practice, many lawyers are simply never trained how to compose an email to ensure it is read and understood.

This seminar helps you come to grips with the day-to-day use and over-use of email and to get better as a team in how you communicate. It focuses on how to be clear as a practice on how your external emails should be drafted so that your intended message is received and understood by your clients (and others) who are flooded with email.

Everyone can improve on the use of email as a core business tool. This seminar will give you tips as well as identifying bad habits. You will be inspired to go back to the desk and commit to improving your use of email for better results.
