The Ethical Guidance Panel provides practitioners with access to experienced colleagues. Members of the Panel have indicated their willingness to be available to discuss professional conduct and ethical issues. All discussions are conducted on a confidential basis.

Guidance given by members of the Ethical Guidance Panel does not constitute legal advice. There is no lawyer/client relationship unless specifically agreed between the practitioner seeking assistance and the member of the Ethical Guidance .

Members of the Ethical Guidance Panel can be contacted directly. Alternatively, practitioners seeking assistance can telephone the Law Society on (08) 9324 8600 for a referral to a panel member with relevant expertise.
