Our lifestyles have a direct impact on our health and wellbeing, whether mental or physical. If we fail to look after our bodies, this can translate itself to sluggishness in our cognitive faculties or a lack of physical stamina.
Getting regular exercise is important, but exercise doesn’t have to mean training for a triathlon. It is important that – despite our busy lifestyles and extensive work commitments – we devote time to physical activity, even if it’s just a small amount, in order to refresh our bodies and minds.
