The Law Society of Western Australia congratulates each of the candidates appointed Senior Counsel, as announced today by the Chief Justice of Western Australia, the Hon Justice Peter Quinlan, as follows:

Law Society President Hayley Cormann said, “On behalf of the Law Society and the wider legal profession I congratulate the new Senior Counsel on their appointments.

“Appointment as Senior Counsel is a rare honour granted to those practitioners who have demonstrated eminence in the practice of law especially in advocacy, together with unquestioned integrity, availability and independence.  We wish each of them the very best in their appointments.”
