About the event

This seminar is also being delivered as a webinar.

A number of high-profile reports, inquiries and cases has brought the significant issue of workplace sexual harassment and discrimination to the fore. It is imperative that employers, workplaces, lawyers and the legal profession are aware of their legal obligations and options that exist in relation to preventing, responding and reporting workplace sexual harassment and discrimination.

This session will provide an overview of the fast-evolving legislative landscape in relation to workplace sexual harassment and discrimination reforms that cover Western Australian workers, including those proposed by the Secure Jobs, Better Pay Bill.
