Ethics Committee

 The Ethics Committee provides an advisory resource to Council on legal ethics. The Committee assists the Law Society deliver education to the Western Australian legal profession with respect to practice, ethical and professional conduct issues.

The Committee prepares submissions on ethical issues, develops guidance and resources for the profession and considers professional conduct matters.

The Ethics Committees makes recommendations from time to time in relation to the inclusion of senior practitioners on the Law Society’s Ethical Guidance Panel.
